We practice careful wildlife management to prevent overhunting, ensuring both sustainability and the best possible opportunities for every hunter who visits.
Deer & Turkey Hunting Zones
Our property is located within Deer Zone 5 and Turkey Zone 4 of Iowa—prime territory for trophy bucks and hard-gobbling toms. These zones are where the action lives, the best in Iowa, and we know every ridge, trail, and bedding area like the back of our hand. Once you book, we will disclose the property address.

To help you navigate our property effectively, we've integrated an option with Google Maps for our mobile devices. Our "google my map" will guide you to each hunting site, ensuring you can focus on the thrill of the hunt rather than worrying about getting lost. This will be available at the time of your arrival with a QR code.
